If I were to make a list of Pros and Cons about my experience here, the Cons list would be empty. When I chose a place to go for physical therapy I made a list of 5 places to visit. I walked out of the first four knowing they were not for me. Either the office staff treated me like I was disturbing them, or the facility just didn't appeal to me. At PT Institute I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The ladies at the desk always have a smile, and make the effort to accommodate your schedule and work with your insurance. I cannot say enough good things about the therapists themselves. The rapor they have with each other makes the atmosphere inviting. They all have a very caring, but professional manner with all of their patients. My therapist, Kyle, was wonderful. His knowledge was evident in the choices he made for my program, and he was always ready to make adjustments depending on my status at each session. While I was grateful to have Kyle, I don't think you could go wrong with any of the therapists on the staff. If you need physical therapy...go here....you won't be disappointed.

I am so thankful that my doctor recommended EZ Rehab to me after suffering a slip and fall that injured my knees. From my initial visit, where Ms. Valencia (The office jewel!!) greeted me by name, as I walked through the door of EZ Rehab, everyone was so nice and very helpful to me. Dr. Diallo immediately assessed my injury and identified an individual plan for my rehab. Both Dr. Diallo and Peter were there for each of my sessions and were instrumental in the success of my rehab. They knew exactly what was needed to get my knees back to how they were before my injury. The attention they gave not only to me, but to all of the other patients shows how passionate they are about their work. Their level of professionalism is exemplary. The entire staff makes everyone coming there feel welcomed and just like family. I would definitely recommend EZ Rehab to anyone in need of improving their physical ailments.

The team at the physical therapy institute is so thorough and helpful throughout all sessions. Therapist Kyle is so attentive and works with the technicians Olivia and Patrick.

Dr Diallo and his team are A+ in every way possible. The support and attention was truly outstanding. PT is hard work and the guidance and encouragement I received, made me want to return for my sessions.
