It is your right to be treated with respect, dignity and compassion and we guarantee it.
It is your right to experience value in the clarity of the information we share, the knowledge you seek to better understand your care, your condition, your care experience and our delivery of it.

You have the right to your medical records but the bills are patient responsibility and as a courtesy we bill your insurance and payors on your behalf. Patients are educated on their insurance benefits before service is rendered and we attempt to explain and answer all billing concerns and questions for our patients and payment is due at delivery of service.
To better care for you, we will spend time to educate you on prevention and management of condition to best prepare you and effectively manage your health and wellness.
We treat all equally as VIP regardless of difference: we believe and practice the principle of equality without prejudice and practice respect, dignity and compassion at every contact with us.
All patients are partners in the plan of their treatment: feedbacks, opinions and recommendations from patients are rights we held dearly, respect and encouraged.
No treatment should be painful to worsen a patient condition; rather, treatments must deliver value and be tolerable to the patient to promote healing and rapid recovery at patient’s pace.
We will rise above and beyond every patient visit and expectation to deliver value to improve the physical, emotional and functional health and performance of our patients.
Patients deserve our praises for referring friends and family for the spectacular care received and we recognize and appreciate this act of trust, and kindness from patients as a private practice promoting health & wellbeing in the communities we touch.
Achieving of goals is a mindset; you get what you put in. We will cheer, rave, inform and inspire you to perform at all times and every day to help you realize your PT goals, but you must do your part to achieve success.
